Our school has been implementing School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) since 2017. SWPBS guides the way we work, the way we interact with one another and the way we deal with challenges. We use positive, inclusive language and work as a team to develop solutions, using evidence and data to guide our decision making.

Student voice is critical and we seek it before implementing change. SWPBS is embedded in the language we use, and lessons that match our school expectations are taught across the school, twice per week.
