Art for Wellbeing
Art for Wellbeing sessions
Each fortnight, we have “art for wellbeing” sessions, led by an experienced teacher with a passion for both student wellbeing and art therapy. Students work in small groups to create an art piece with the guidance of the teacher.
The sessions are less about the art and more about the process of sharing stories and experience with others, practising emotional regulation techniques through breathing, the use of clay, and in speaking kindly and working co-operatively with those around you.
