Girgarre Primary School fosters a strong connection with the local community, students are immersed within community projects, celebrations and collaborate with fundraising and historical events.

Raising funds
Children participate in fun ways to raise funds to support community projects.
This gives the children a sense of pride when they see what their efforts have achieved.
Learning about our history
Children participated in raising the Australian Flag and spending time at the local RSL learning about local families and the significance they played during times of war.
